Terms and Conditions
BetterPlayer does not want to be in a business where we accept payment for a service not rendered. However, in order to maintain a functional operation that services a community of people without disruption, we must implement a T&C policy that protects the player/member experience as well as the coach experience. Coaches plan practices around expected attendance and players gain access to practices based on availability. Cancellations and no-shows disrupt this experience for both coaches and players.

Prices and Booking
Our current prices and timetables are displayed on our Website. From time to time, our prices may change and these will be notified on the Website. Prices and timetables may vary between programs. To sign up to participate in our classes, you must create an account with us. Your account will be governed by these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. There are a set number of spaces in each class. To attend a class, you must reserve a space. Bookings can be made online on our website.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking, and receive credits back (not valid when purchasing a Full Program option), you must do so by removing yourself from class at least 12 hours prior to the commencement of the class. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will incur the full credits cost of the class booked. Class bookings can be canceled online by logging into your account and choosing to unreserve the class you wish to cancel. If you know you will not be able to make a class for which you have booked, within the 12 hour cancellation window, we strongly encourage a cancellation to be made, so that another person may take your spot for that class. A No-Show Fee may be implemented.
Class Waitlists
No availability in a class? No problem! If you are unable to book a spot because the class is full, add yourself on the waitlist and when a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email.
Credit Packs
Credit packs are non-transferable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser. Each credit pack contains a strict expiry date. If the number of credits for which the credit pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those credits will expire and no refund will be given for any unused credits.
The sale of a credit pack is final. BetterPlayer does not offer any refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on class packs for illness, injury, change of mind, user error, change of address, unsuitability or any other reason.
Current prices and expiry time frames for each type of class pack can be found on our website and may be amended from time to time.
Full Program (usually 9 sessions)
Credits used for the Full Program option are refunded back to the account upon request so long as the request is made one (1) week prior to the first class. Once the season has begun and the player presents a qualifying reason for requesting a credit refund (e.g. an early season ending injury with a doctor's note), credits are considered on a case by case basis and will be prorated (the prorated credit amount will be calculated from the day of notice to admins).

General Policy
- In the event of an act of God (e.g. COVID, a major storm, etc.), BetterPlayer will work as transparently and clearly as possible with players to process either refunds or credits, situation permitting.
